This is just a simple workout that involves multiple movements. Slowly work through this. It’s not a race. Rest as needed. Do not do more than 5 rounds
- 10 Gob Squats
- 10 Pushups
- 20 Situps
- 10 Split Squats each side
- 10 Push Press
- 30 Mountain Climbers
- 15 Swings
- 10 Plank Row each side
- 20 side Crunch Each side
