We utilize evidence-based and age-appropriate approaches to prevent injury and make youth athletes more durable, agile, strong, and powerful in their respective sports. Further, we are committed to developing our athletes into
collaborative team players able to be accountable, work hard, support one another, and still have fun throughout the process.
Our block program progression is designed to ensure all youth athletes develop a strong foundation of sound, functional movement, weight room etiquette, and directed effort and intent. All athletes, regardless of prior experience, begin at Block “A” and progress incrementally based on demonstrated performance throughout the summer.
Hockey Program (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
10-13 year old @ 9am
14-18 year old @ 4pm
Ski Program (Tuesday and Thursdays)
All Ages @ 3pm
General Athlete (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
All Ages @ 10am
Speed Work on Field (Fridays)
