We utilize evidence-based and age-appropriate approaches to make youth athletes more durable, agile, strong, and powerful in their respective sports. We are committed to developing athletes into collaborative team players able to be accountable, hardworking, and supportive while still have fun throughout the process.
Our program progression is designed to ensure all youth athletes develop a strong foundation of sound, functional movement, weight room etiquette, and directed effort and intent.
General Athlete (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
3:30pm 9-10 year olds
4:30pm 11-13 year olds
5:30pm 14-18 year olds
Speed Work on Field (Fridays)
All ages @ 8:30am
