Get The GOAT (Solo version below)

Teams of 5-6

12,000 Meter Ski

16,000 meter Bike

8,000 meter Row

1 person must stop every 3 minutes from the team to do one of these:

  1. 20 Burpee Box Jumps
  2. 20 Weighted Burpees
  3. 10 Burpee Pullups or 10 Manmakers

You can be working on all the machines at the same time. The bike and rower will finish first and then you will have the whole team working on the ski to finish.

SOLO

50 Min max calorie machine. Stop every 5 min and do one of these:

  1. 10 Burpee Box Jumps
  2. 10 weighted Burpees
  3. 5 Burpee pull-ups or 5 manmakers
