  1. 10 Push Press
  2. 10 Bench Row each side
  3. 10 Reverse Flys
  4. Lateral Raise

(Stop every 3 minutes and do 20 Step Ups)

15 Minute Circuit

  1. 10 Gob Squats
  2. 15 Swings
  3. 10 Split Squats 5 each side
  4. 10 Single Leg Deads 5 each side

(Stop Every 3 Min and do 10 Pushups)
