- 10 Bench Row each side
- 10 Reverse Flys
- Lateral Raise
(Stop every 3 minutes and do 20 Step Ups)
15 Minute Circuit
- 10 Gob Squats
- 15 Swings
- 10 Split Squats 5 each side
- 10 Single Leg Deads 5 each side
(Stop Every 3 Min and do 10 Pushups)
