5 at RPE-8, then break up 15 more. (For Split Squats it will be 5 each side)

15 min Circuit:

  1. 10 Gob Squats
  2. 20 Weighted Step Ups
  3. 20 Plank Drag
  4. 10 Pushups
  5. 10 Push Press
  6. 20 Situps
