5 at RPE-8, then break up 15 more. (For Split Squats it will be 5 each side)
15 min Circuit:
- 10 Gob Squats
- 20 Weighted Step Ups
- 20 Plank Drag
- 10 Pushups
- 10 Push Press
- 20 Situps
