Find some stairs and bring some dumbbells

  1. 2 min of stairs
  2. 2 Renegade Rows

Each round add another Renegade Row.

2 Min Stairs into 3 Renegade Rows, then 2 min Stairs into 4 renegade rows, and so on…

If you start to fail go back down in reps. I did this with a client and made it to 11 reps on Renegade Rows and then went back down
